Some Common Sense On Illegal Immigration

There is at lease one Sheriff in Tennessee who understands the crushing burden that illegal immigration is inflicting upon us.  Sheriff Tim Gobble
is actually doing something to protect his community.  Read his opinion piece here.

With the administration’s gearing up to push amnesty again it is important that we all spread the word of the effects that illegal immigration is having on our local communities.  As hard as it is to comprehend some people still have their eyes closed.  We also can’t forget to stand up for those who are fighting on our behalf to preserve our sovereignty and our heritage.

“Dixie Matters”

Palmetto Patriot and Sumnemo are collaborating on some exciting new videos called “Dixie Matters”.  The first episode discusses the assault on our Southern heritage in Florida and the second deals with the controversial wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.

In my opinion, the second episode looks the best, but both are though provoking  and I look forward to the evolution of these videos. 
We can no longer afford to sit on the sidelines; we have to discuss the issues that affect our lives.

This is our latest update on activities and events for the upcoming week. We hope that you’ll be able to tune in or come out and participate where possible. Legislative Training at the Capitol
Jenny will be holding another training opportunity at the State Capitol. The training will include learning about the legislative process as well a lobbying including how to pull a legislator from the floor for a conference. This process will include obtaining a lobbyist badge and attending a committee hearing, if possible. Business or business casual attire is suggested. While there is no cost we sincerely hope that a moral obligation is imbued on all participants. Please bring a notebook and pen.
