We all know illegal immigration is having an impact, but here are some details for Mississippi. It is time our leaders get serious. We are losing jobs to illegals, crime rates are increasing, and our schools are packed to the max; the people who are paying are the citizens while all the advocacy seems to be for the illegals. It is time for our state governments to protect their citizens.
Here is the latest email from the campaign.
Here’s what’s happening over the next few days. Please think about coming out and getting involved. Fraternizing with Patriots is always fun. So bring a friend or loved one and let’s make some Georgia history together.
Saturday November 21st
Health Care Rally at the Capitol
Jenny Hodges, Ray’s Campaign Director, will be at the Health Care Rally at the Capitol Saturday and she is hoping to see a grand turnout of McBerry supporters from the metropolitan Atlanta area. Come out and let’s make sure everyone in the crowd knows about Ray. Make posters (no sticks please) that tell folks how the States’ Rights message offers to turn back unconstitutional federal usurpation of their health care rights and that Ray is the only legitimate candidate willing to make States’ Rights a hallmark of his governorship.
Please join Jenny at 11:30AM on the Washington Street side of the Capitol.

WFLA Radio Interview
Those of you in southern Georgia may be able to tune in and hear Ray on 100.7 FM Monday morning at 8:00AM on the Preston Scott program from Tallahassee, Florida. You will also be able to listen live at www.wflafm.com.
Tune in to WGUN 1010AM every Monday during afternoon drive time to hear the broadcast! Ray and Jenny, our own thunder & lightning of Georgia politics, will return to the airwaves with their keen analysis of the political landscape, both national and local. Their informative program always addresses the ever rising tide of federal usurpation and the reduction of your individual liberty, not to mention the heavy cost the people bear to finance the federal leviathan. You won’t want to miss the insightful and witty commentary and their discussion of the rising recognition of the importance of State Sovereignty and the inherent defense empowered by the 10th Amendment.
Please share this with all your friends. They’ll be glad you did!!

I was sitting and watching a professor discuss the South and our culture when I heard my second grader ask “is he telling the truth?” I said yes, that he was, and he replied back “that is interesting”. He then sat through all three videos, listening intently, at the end of which he asked me several questions that he had about what he just heard.
I have been thinking about that a lot today. Both my wife and I are very active in teaching our children about history and the world, yet I had just assumed that these videos would be above his head. I could not be more wrong, however.
It turned into a great learning experience. How many lost opportunities do us parents have when we underestimate our children or just assume something is beyond them?
